Song of the Week: Usher – OMG

Usher’s new song, ‘OMG’ from his album ‘Raymond V Raymond’ has recently been topping the charts. Though it is a good track, I love it for another reason, the music video. I think it’s brilliant. Check it out below.

Song of the Week: Ellie Goulding – I’ll Hold My Breath

This week I chose Ellie Goulding for the simple fact that I saw her at a gig this week and she was amazing. If you haven’t listened to her, I would highly recommend her and her new album, “Lights”.

Song of the Week: Kids in Glass Houses – Matters at All

This week the song of the week is Kids in Glass Houses –  ”Matters at All”. Their new Album, Dirt is out on March 29th.

Song of the Week: Mass Effect 2 Soundtrack – Suicide Mission

This weeks Song of the Week comes from a brilliant game that I completed last week. Mass Effect 2 is an 3rd person shooter RPG, and has an amazing soundtrack. This song, ‘Suicide Mission’ was taken from the last mission in the game and I think it’s brilliant. If you haven’t played the game I highly recommend picking it (or the first) up! And then get the soundtrack!

This is a song which hit #1 in the US a couple of months ago. It just got released in the UK.

Song of the Week: Paramore – Brick By Boring Brick

This week I chose the song of the week off an album I recently discovered and am loving. Paramore are a well known American punk rock band, but have never really been my taste. However, when I heard this album, it completely changed my view. Give this song a listen, and if you like it I advise you to check out their new album, Brand New Eyes.

Song of the Week: Frank Sinatra – Let It Snow

This song is an all time Christmas classic. Not only is it on the credits of one of the best ever films, Die Hard, but it is also a really great and upbeat tune. After the snow that a lot of people got last week (I myself got minimal amounts), and for, like myself, those hoping for snow on Friday (Christmas day), here is Frank Sinatra with ‘Let It Snow’.

Song of the Week: Justice – Genesis

My Song of the Week this time is Genesis by Justice. Now some of you may hear this and wonder where you have heard it before. It has been on the most recent Assassin’s Creed 2 trailers, and been getting quite popular because of it. It’s won’t be to everyone’s taste, but its worth a few listens so here it is.
